Red Deer Pro Rodeo Bingo Card
May 1st - May 18th
We are excited to launch the Red Deer Pro Rodeo Bingo Card MAY 1st – May 18, a community-focused initiative designed to highlight our local hospitality partners while giving fans a chance to win their way to the rodeo!
How It Works for Fans
We’ve partnered with 16 local eateries, taprooms and other local businesses to create a custom Bingo grid. Fans can pick up a card at any participating location or at the Donald Administration Building.
- The Challenge: Visit participating businesses and collect a stamp with your purchase.
- The Line Win: Completing a line of four (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal) qualifies the participant for a grand prize draw for rodeo tickets. 3 Winners! There will be a winner for each day of the rodeo, and each winner will come away with 2 tickets! Cards are submitted at the Donald Administration Building. You can bring them to the front desk receptionist during office hours [insert office hours] or place them in the mail box slot to the left of the front doors of the Donald Administration Building after hours.
- The Blackout Bonus: The stakes are high for our most dedicated fans! The first three people to submit a fully completed “Blackout” card (all 16 stamps) will automatically win two “All-In” 3-Day Passes to the Red Deer Pro Rodeo. Blackout cards must be submitted in person to the receptionist at the Donald Administration Building and they will provide you with your all-in tickets should you be one of the first three to submit. Blackout cards that are provided after the first three have been recieved will get 3 extra entries to the draw for tickets to a single day rodeo performance. We will announce when the first three have been recieved on our Facebook and IG accounts.

The Rodeo Bingo Card is designed to create a “shop local” ecosystem leading up to one of Red Deer’s most anticipated annual events. Benefits for participating businesses include:
- Increased Foot Traffic: The bingo card incentivizes fans to visit new locations they might not have otherwise explored.
- Cross-Promotion: Partners are featured in the official Red Deer Pro Rodeo Media Toolkit, bingo card, and posts in relation to the promotion, gaining exposure across our social media channels and email lists.
- Community Alignment: Align your brand with the heritage and excitement of Westerner Park and the pro rodeo circuit.
