Volunteer Opportunities

As a not-for-profit organization, so much of what we do relies upon the hard work and generosity of volunteers. Whether it's our Board of Directors, our volunteer committees, or the people on the ground making each event happen, we wouldn't be anywhere without them.

Westerner Park volunteers come from a variety of ages and backgrounds, and some have been with us for over thirty years! All volunteers are eligible to become shareholders and, with the purchase of a $10 share, co-owners of the Association, allowing them to vote for the Board of Directors at our Annual General Meeting.

It takes over 200 volunteers working on approximately 21 committees to plan and organize Westerner Park-produced events, so an extra set of hands is always welcome.
