Celebrate.Westerner.Pride.
This year, we focused our corporate brand more consistently around a set of core pillars that define how we will deliver the celebration experience.
Our marketing in 2011 helped generate Westerner “pride” throughout the community and on the frontlines of our events. Our 175 volunteers and staff share that pride. Throughout the year we focused on building strong connections to Westerner Park and to our highly anticipated Westerner Days Fair & Exposition.
As a not-for-profit organization, so much of what we do relies on the hard work and generosity of volunteers. We could never make such strides without our Board of Directors, our volunteer committees or the people making each event happen.
In 2011, we focused on celebrating these vital team members and community partners. Through their hard work and dedication, these people share so much credit for our success. Our triumphs include Westerner Days Fair & Exposition, our Westerner Park-produced events and our daily operations.
Our promise to deliver the celebration experience was evident in the new relationships we formed in 2011. More proof was in our record-breaking events and our fresh following of “Westerners.” Time after time, we continue to drive the celebration experience home with each of our 1.5 million visitors.
It’s official. We are central Alberta’s premier event destination.
